I love Lush.I think their products are amazing, smell incredible and do everything they are supposed to do. Whether their purpose is to make bubbles, scents or give you silkysoft skin, they do their job. Because of my longlasting love for this brand, I just had to share this new favorite of mine with you. I own and have owned lots of other products from Lush as well, so I will definitely review those in the near future.
A few weeks ago, I visited Germany, Berlin. Nothing too special, just a fun Christmas-getaway. Since Berlin is a great place to shop, I obviously spent way too much money on things I definitely did not need, Lush products being things I decided to splurge on. Meaning I just had to convince my parents to pop into Lush for just a second (make this 10 minutes.)
Now let's get into the product I am going to review, which is the ButterBear. This particular product now is one of Lush' most popular products since they turned their famous Butterball into a cute little bear for the holidays. The ButterBear is full of cocoa butter, making your skin soft and hydrated.
This tiny, white bear smells like white chocolate, which just makes me want to eat it (please don't though.) Because of the cocoa butter in the bath bomb, your skin feels extremely soft while in the bath and after leaving your bath. Even though I love the colourful and fun Lush Bath Bombs which smell incredible, this seems to be the only one with beneficials for the skin. I agree with everything Lush says about this little guy, since I obviously love it when products make my skin feel smooth and soft (honestly as soft as a baby's butt) without having to use a moisturizer afterwards.
I must add that even though I love the scent, it might not be everyones cup of tea. If you are used to the strong scented Lush products, this is quite a change from those. What I am trying to say is that it is quite a boring product, lovely but simple scent and no colours in the bath (as you can see in the added clip.) Tip! Use one of the bubble bars just to add a few extra bubbles, and a little scent and colour. Worth every cent though.
